I’d no idea that post concussion symptoms could be so debilitating, for so long, until I suffered a concussion in 2023.

I’m grateful to Brain Injury Group for sharing my story and raising awareness of post concussion syndrome, so that hopefully fewer people will have to struggle alone to find their way through to recovery.
