Where you'll discover

✓ Why recovery can feel "stuck"

✓ Five areas of your health that may be influencing symptoms

✓ Practical ways to support your recovery

Even if you've been experiencing symptoms for months or years, you can make progress towards the life you want to live. I created this guide because I know what stuck feels like, and I now understand the things that helped me move forwards.

It’s time to start taking a different approach to lasting post concussion recovery.

Work with your physiology, not against it

My approach takes a whole-person view of recovery.

We'll explore 6 foundations that can influence how you feel, including:

  • nervous system regulation

  • chronic pain

  • nutrition

  • movement

  • energy, rest & sleep

  • mindset

Rather than guesswork, you'll learn how these factors interact and how to create a personalised approach that works for you.

My role is to help light the way - giving you the understanding, tools and support to navigate your own recovery with greater confidence and clarity.

My goal is simple: to help you become more informed, more empowered and more able to make decisions that support your health, wellbeing and quality of life, so you’re no longer stuck after a concussion.

I'm Clare Sharpen

A UKIHCA Registered Health Coach and founder of The Brain Health Coach.

Following a concussion in 2023, I spent more than two years navigating my own Post-Concussion Syndrome. Like many people, I found myself searching for answers, trying different approaches and wondering if I'd ever get back to living life fully again.

That experience led me to train as a Health Coach and dedicate my work to supporting others on a similar journey.

Today, I combine professional health coaching, lived experience and evidence-based approaches to help people better understand their symptoms and identify practical ways to support their recovery.
