Here’s What I Wish I’d been Given…

…when I’d realised I had post concussion syndrome and was struggling to work out if or how I could ever recover.

I wish I’d been given:

  1. A high-level overview of post concussion syndrome that made sense. Not too simplistic, not too complicated and not at all terrifying. That would’ve been nice.

  2. A systematic, evidence based approach to give clarity around the key things I needed to explore and pursue to support my recovery, instead of months of stabbing in the dark.

  3. Visibility of trusted UK providers of clinical and non-clinical support from real people who take a whole-person approach to recovery, won’t fob me off and who take time to explain how they can help.

  4. Practical ways of tracking my symptoms so I had more clarity on triggers and tangible evidence of my progress over time, because I couldn’t remember last week or how it compared to last month.

Looking back, I wish I’d had these things from the start so I didn’t have to keep hunting and fearing and doubting that I was doing things ‘wrong’.

So after 3 years of research, study, qualifying as a Registered Health Coach and getting back to a joy-filled life, I’ve circled back to the beginning. I’ve put it all together into a 45 minute live webinar where I offer you what I wish I’d had.

A systematic approach that will give you clarity, direction and hope, wherever you are in your post concussion recovery.

I’d love you to join me.
